I’m Alyssa Hannam, and I’m currently based in Madison, WI. I’m pursuing a Graduate Capstone Certificate in User Experience Design from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I’m diving into user research, interface design, and usability testing to smoothly transition into the UX field. It’s an exciting journey to level up my skills and create fantastic, user-friendly experiences!

Before returning to school, I worked in the non-profit sector and the HVAC industry as a social media and marketing specialist, where I focused on web design and brand enhancement. Looking forward to what’s next!

My BA in English and Theatre from UW-Green Bay has given me a solid foundation in storytelling and audience engagement, which I actively incorporate into my work. I’m passionate about fusing creativity with practicality, and I’m eager to apply my UX design skills to develop user-centered solutions that make a real impact.

When I’m not busy with work or school, you can find me participating in community theatre, writing poetry, or hitting the trails for a good hike. I love staying creative and connected to nature!
